JSEM TU! – activities & diary

JSEM TU! was created by cold-water enthusiasts, for cold-water enthusiasts. It is a free Czech app with no ads for group cold-water activities, consistency and a personal cold-water diary. Its organizing tools are also useful for running groups, gyms, hikers, sports teams, clubs and other communities. The app is intended for Czech-speaking users. Its interface is available in Czech only. PARTICIPATION, NOT PERFORMANCE Cold-water activity is not about staying in the water the longest. What matters is coming back regularly, ideally with people who get you off the sofa even when you do not feel like going. FOR COLD-WATER GROUPS AND CLUBS • Create your own cold-water activity. • Set the location, season and recurring schedule. • Choose a public activity or require approval for new members. • Participants confirm “Jsem tu!” at the activity location. • View attendance records and rankings based on consistency. • Use notifications and manage members and additional administrators. PERSONAL COLD-WATER DIARY The diary is unlocked for anyone who belongs to at least one shared or self-created activity of the Otužování (cold-water activity) type. You can record: • cold showers, • cold baths or tubs, • outdoor swimming, • water and air temperatures, • time in the water, swimming distance and location, • how you felt before and after, • a personal note. The diary compares entries of the same type and provides interactive charts and basic and extended statistics for a week, month, year or custom period. Create a social-media image from a single entry or a longer period, including statistics, a chart or your own photos. Export your own data to XLS, CSV, TSV or JSON. An internet connection is required to use the app, including the diary. MORE THAN COLD-WATER ACTIVITIES Use the same core features for any regular group activity: running, workouts, hiking, stair running, darts, club meetings or another group. The organizer sets the location, season and schedule. Members see the information they need, confirm attendance on site, and the group gets a clear overview without spreadsheets or complicated record-keeping. LOCATION PRIVACY Location helps verify that attendance is confirmed at the right time and place. Current coordinates are sent to the server once when confirming attendance to check the distance; they are not saved in attendance history. The app does not create a movement history or track location in the background. SAFETY The app is intended for users aged 9 and over. Users aged 9–15 inclusive need approval from a legal guardian before member features become available. Sign-in is available by email or Google. The app is not a chat service and does not contain private messages. Parents assess whether a particular activity is appropriate and arrange the necessary supervision for their child. JSEM TU! is not a medical app or medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or health advice. Take your health and safe conditions into account when engaging in cold-water activities. The app is available in open testing and continues to improve based on user feedback. JSEM TU! will not keep you in the water longer. It will help you return to it regularly.
