Mekuri: Notes to Quiz & Exam

Snap your notes and handouts. Get exam-ready questions. Mekuri turns your own notes, handouts and textbook pages into questions, then plans your daily review back from your exam date. - SNAP IT, STUDY IT • Scan pages with edge detection and perspective correction, or import photos and PDFs • Works with handwritten notes, whiteboard photos, vertical Japanese text and math. Formulas are rendered cleanly • Multiple choice, short answer and written questions. Some come as a short scenario followed by related questions, like a real test - SEE WHERE EACH QUESTION CAME FROM • After you answer, Mekuri shows the page and the passage of your note the question was made from • AI can make mistakes, so you can always check the source. Report a bad question and it won't be shown again - MARKED FOR YOU, NOT BY YOU • Short answers accept different spellings and valid alternative answers • Written answers are marked by AI against a rubric, with partial credit and feedback • Not sure? Choose "I don't know" to see the answer and its source - TODAY'S QUESTIONS, PLANNED BACK FROM EXAM DAY • Add an exam date and the notes it covers. Mekuri spreads the questions over the days you have left and saves the last day for review • Spaced repetition brings back missed questions sooner and well-known ones later • For questions you missed or keep getting right, Mekuri makes similar questions from a different angle (paid plans) - LEARN FROM YOUR MARKED TESTS (paid plans) • Photograph a marked test. Mekuri analyzes its sections, question types and the topics where you lost points • It then makes practice questions on those topics from your own notes and brings them up early • Only a summary is kept, and we don't keep the test questions as written. The photos are deleted once the analysis is done - PRACTICE EXAMS (Pro) • A timed practice exam scored out of 100, made from the notes in your exam range • If you've added past tests, the sections and question types follow their format • Everything is marked at the end, with answers, feedback and sources to review - BUILD THE HABIT • Daily streak and this week's record • A reminder at your chosen time, only on days you haven't studied yet, plus notices 7, 3 and 1 days before each exam • A home screen widget with today's remaining questions - YOUR DATA • Start without signing up, then link Apple or Google later • Delete your account and all your data at any time from the app, or export it as JSON • Your notes and tests are never used to train AI - PLANS • Free: 3 notes and 5 AI markings in total, 1 exam. Reviewing your questions is unlimited • Plus: every month, 30 notes, 100 AI markings, similar questions and 10 marked-test imports; several exams at once • Pro: everything in Plus, with 60 notes, 200 markings, 10 practice exams and 20 marked-test imports every month • Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
