Zuuvy HQ

Zuuvy HQ is the owner's app for a distribution business — the whole operation on one screen, without ringing anybody to ask. KNOW WHERE YOUR FLEET IS See every salesman who is on duty on one map, updated as they move. Open any one of them and see their day: where they started, the route they drove, where they stopped, how long they broke for, and every sale they made with the place it happened. KNOW YOUR STOCK What is on the shelf, what went out, and who is holding it. Stock with a salesman, stock at an outlet, stock still to be released, and every movement behind the number. KNOW YOUR MONEY What your customers owe you, how long it has been outstanding, and which of your staff are holding cash they have not settled yet. Takings split across all four ways you sell — salesman, counter, outlet and online orders — added together and charted by day, month, quarter and year. BE TOLD BEFORE IT COSTS YOU Every product under its minimum flagged the moment it drops. Orders waiting to be confirmed, returns waiting to be approved, and payments waiting to be checked, counted on the home screen before you go looking. AGREED, THEN INVOICED Deliveries and collections are confirmed by a code the customer reads back — sent to them with the amount billed and the amount being paid, so both are agreed before money moves. When the bill is closed the PDF invoice goes to their WhatsApp on its own. ALSO IN THE APP • Approve and price offers, and push them to your customers • Purchase orders, and signing off deliveries against them • Shops, dealers and distributors, with their own price tiers • Staff, outlets and counters • Attendance for the field team, day by day • Product catalogue and a brochure you can send SIGNING IN Accounts are created by the business that uses Zuuvy. You cannot register from the app. If your company uses Zuuvy and you do not have a login, ask whoever set it up. Zuuvy is a platform for distribution businesses. Each business runs its own organisation; this app signs in to yours.
