WorkYog

WorkYog is a shift-based gig marketplace that connects workers with businesses for short-term and flexible work. LAUNCH FOCUS — NASHIK FIRST WorkYog is currently soft launching in Nashik, Maharashtra. While the app also accepts signups from Mumbai and Pune, active shift listings are concentrated in Nashik for now. We are building density in Nashik before rolling out to other cities. Mumbai and Pune workers and businesses are welcome to sign up — you'll be ready when WorkYog launches actively in your city. FOR WORKERS Apply for shifts that match your skills and schedule. Browse open positions near you, see shift details upfront — date, time, location, hourly rate, and total earnings — and apply with one tap. Get accepted, show up, and get paid the same day in cash or UPI via the business. We have many job categories, but for now we are currently focused on two main job categories: - Industrial, warehouse, and loading work along the Ambad–Satpur corridor - Food, beverage, and event staffing across the city FOR BUSINESSES Post a shift in minutes. Set your requirements, wage, and timing. Review nearby workers who apply, check their trust level and ratings, and accept the best fit. Pay workers directly when the shift ends. No middlemen, no recruiter fees. WHY WORKYOG - Local focus: built first for Nashik, expanding city by city - Same-day payment: no waiting weeks for your wages - Transparent ratings: workers and businesses rate each other after every shift - Trust levels: voluntary ID verification helps workers build credibility on the platform - Direct connection: no agency fees, no middlemen SAFETY AND VERIFICATION WorkYog is operated by Silicon Valley Certifications India Private Limited.
