WashLogs

Washlogs is the counter app for laundry and dry-cleaning shops in India. Take an order at the counter, track it through the shop, collect payment, and hand the customer an invoice — from your phone. Take orders in seconds Pick the customer, add services from your own price list, and the total is calculated as you go. Every order gets a number your staff and your customers can refer to. Know what is in the shop Orders move through your workflow with a status each, so anyone at the counter can answer "is it ready?" without checking the rack. Customers and their history Every customer carries their own order history, outstanding balance, and contact details. Repeat customers are found by phone number. Payments and invoices Record cash, UPI and card payments against an order. Generate an invoice and share it over WhatsApp or email straight from the app. Wash plans and subscriptions Sell monthly wash plans to regular customers and track their usage against the plan. Built for a team Owners, managers and counter staff each see what they need. Managers handle services, price lists, branches and staff; counter staff take orders. Multiple branches are supported. Works with your web dashboard Everything you enter on the phone appears in your Washlogs workspace at app.washlogs.in, and the other way round. Washlogs is a subscription service for laundry businesses. New workspaces start with a free trial. Questions: [email protected]
