Chitoloop

Chitoloop is a digital platform designed to make managing chit fund groups easier, more organized, and less dependent on manual calculations, scattered WhatsApp messages, and paper-based payment records. It brings the essential tools for running a chit fund group into one place—from calculating auction results and member installments to, in upcoming releases, automating payment reminders and maintaining a complete payment history. 1. Free Chit Fund Calculator Chitoloop's core feature is a simple and easy-to-use chit fund calculator that helps users quickly calculate the key figures after a chit auction. By entering the relevant chit and auction details, the calculator can determine: Dividend — the dividend amount available to be distributed among the chit members. Installment Payable — the amount each member needs to pay for the installment after accounting for the auction result and dividend. Prize Money — the amount received by the winning bidder after accounting for the bid amount and applicable deductions. The calculator is designed to reduce manual calculations and make auction-related calculations faster, easier, and less prone to errors. The Chit Calculator is completely free to use. 2. Automated WhatsApp Reminders — Coming Soon Managing monthly installments often involves repeatedly reminding members who have not yet made their payments. Chitoloop is working on an automated WhatsApp reminder feature that will help chit fund organizers streamline this process. Instead of manually checking payment status and sending individual reminders, organizers will be able to use Chitoloop to automate payment reminders for members. The upcoming feature is intended to help organizers: Remind members about upcoming or pending installments. Reduce the time spent sending individual WhatsApp messages. Follow up with members who have not paid. Make monthly payment collection more systematic. Keep members informed without constant manual intervention. This feature is coming soon. 3. Payment Tracking & Proof Management — Coming Soon Keeping track of chit payments can become difficult when payment screenshots and receipts are spread across WhatsApp conversations, phone galleries, bank statements, and other places. Chitoloop's upcoming payment tracking feature is designed to bring this information together in one organized place. Organizers will be able to track: Who has paid How much each member has paid Which installment the payment belongs to Who is still pending Payment proofs and screenshots Payment history for individual members Overall collection status for the chit group Payment proofs can be consolidated so that organizers don't have to search through old WhatsApp conversations whenever they need to verify a payment. The goal is to provide a clear view of the group's payment status at any time and make it easier to identify pending payments and maintain accurate records. This feature is coming soon.
