Online server changes refresh saved data. Signing out clears the cache. Some features still need an internet connection. OPTIONAL SCHEDULED WORK SHIFTS (Field Force) For enterprise workforce management. An authorised company admin can enable shifts and set daily start/end times. Staff get a nonblocking Start shift banner and can choose Not now, or agree to the location notice and start their shift. The admin can see that choice. During a started shift, Nexvia Books collects precise location while minimised or with the screen locked and shares it with authorised company admins. An ongoing Android notification shows sharing and offers Stop. Settings > Sharing controls also let staff stop early or withdraw consent. Sharing ends at the scheduled time, on sign-out, or when the OS stops the app. It does not silently restart after reboot. Background points and shift responses are removed after 30 days. Admins see the latest reported position, time and accuracy; GPS does not prove a visit or activity. Updates depend on GPS, connectivity and phone settings.
