FOR DOCTORS • Find hospitals and open shifts near you, on a map or as a list • Accept locum shifts that fit around the work you already have • Apply for permanent, full-time roles in your own specialty • A verified profile carrying your rating and completed-shift history • Location-based check-in and check-out, so attendance is not a dispute • Keep 100% of your agreed rate FOR HOSPITALS • Post a shift or a permanent role in under a minute • Search verified doctors by specialty, distance, experience and rating • See verification status and reliability before you book • Correct a posted shift's rate, date or time until a doctor accepts it • If a doctor cancels, the shift reopens to other verified doctors and they are told straight away VERIFICATION Every doctor's registration is checked automatically against the National Medical Commission's public register. Anything that does not clear automatically is reviewed by a person before that doctor can accept work. WHAT ROUNDS IS NOT Rounds is a technology platform, not an employer and not a staffing agency.
