Istaree — Doorstep Laundry

Istaree is a doorstep laundry and dry-cleaning service for Hyderabad. Place an order in minutes, get a pickup within an hour, and pay right in the app. TWO WAYS TO ORDER Quick Order — When you just want to hand over a bag without thinking. We pick the right service, count your items at the partner shop, and quote your final price. Exact Price Order — Enter what's in your bag by category — 3 shirts, 2 trousers, a saree — and see your total update live as you add items. No surprises at delivery. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell us what you want cleaned, or just hand over your bag for Quick Order. 2. A delivery partner arrives at your doorstep within an hour. 3. We collect your clothes and take them to one of our trusted partner laundries. 4. Once your bag is picked up, you choose your delivery slot from the app. 5. We bring your clothes back, freshly cleaned and folded. TRANSPARENT PRICING Every service has a published price list visible in the app. For Exact Price Order, your bill updates as you add items, so you always know what you'll pay before you commit. For Quick Order, you agree to the rate card upfront, and we share the final bill once your items are counted. PAY YOUR WAY Pay in the app the moment your price is confirmed — UPI, card, or netbanking via Razorpay. Or pay at the door — scan the delivery partner's UPI QR or hand over cash. STAY IN THE LOOP Real-time updates in the app, push notifications, and WhatsApp: • "Your delivery partner is on the way." • "Your items have been counted. Your price is ready." • "Your clothes are out for delivery." If we find any issue with your clothes at the laundry, we'll reach out before processing. You decide whether to accept the revised price or have the affected items returned to you as-is. SERVICES WE OFFER • Wash & Fold • Ironing • Dry Cleaning • Wash & Iron AVAILABLE AREAS Istaree is currently in pilot in Tellapur and the surrounding western corridor of Hyderabad. We're expanding city-wide soon. SUPPORT We're a small team that cares about every order. If something doesn't go right, call our customer support — the number is in the app's Profile section. ABOUT US We started Istaree because we couldn't find a laundry service that was reliable, transparent on pricing, and easy to use. We work with carefully selected partner laundries to make sure your clothes come back the way you'd want them: clean, folded, and on time.
