Myrider

Myrider is the delivery companion app for riders working with our stores. It is intended for our own delivery staff and requires an account approved by a branch manager. WHAT RIDERS CAN DO Sign in securely Sign in with the mobile number registered with your branch and a one-time code sent by SMS. New riders can submit their details and documents for approval from inside the app. See your work at a glance The home screen shows how many deliveries you have in hand, how much cash you are carrying, and what you have earned today. Work through your deliveries Every order shows the customer name, delivery address, delivery slot, the full item list and the amount to collect. Call the customer or open directions to their address in one tap. Keep everyone updated Mark an order as out for delivery, as arrived at the customer's location, and as delivered. The customer is notified at each step. Record payment correctly Confirm whether the customer paid in cash or online when you complete a delivery, so the day's records stay accurate. Track your earnings See your delivery commission, the cash you are holding for your branch, and a full history of every transaction on your account. Review your history Look back over the deliveries you have completed, grouped by day. LOCATION While you have deliveries in hand, the app shares your location with your branch so customers can see you approaching and so delivery distances are recorded correctly. You can turn location sharing off at any time from the Account screen. ACCESS This app is for approved delivery riders only. It is not useful without an account created and approved by a branch manager.
