IMC Clean-Track — Itanagar

Clean-Track is the official waste-management app of the Itanagar Municipal Corporation. It answers the one question every household asks: when is the garbage truck coming? CURRENT SERVICE COVERAGE Currently available in Itanagar only. Naharlagun and Nirjuli are not covered by this app. LIVE TRUCK TRACKING See your ward's collection vehicle move on the map in real time. The app works out which collection area you live in, shows the truck assigned to it, and estimates how many minutes away it is - measured from the truck's actual movement, not a fixed timetable. ARRIVAL ALERTS Switch on alerts and your phone tells you when the truck is approaching your street, so you are not carrying a bin out to an empty road or missing a collection because you stepped inside. REPORT A PROBLEM Uncollected waste, an overflowing bin, a blocked drain or roadside dumping - report it in under a minute. Add a photograph and the location is attached automatically. You get a reference number, and the app tells you when a sanitation worker has been assigned and when the job is done, with a photo of the fix. COLLECTION TIMETABLE Check the collection days and timings for your ward, so you know what to expect even when no truck is out. PUBLIC BINS Find the nearest public bin or stationary collection point, with directions. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Residents do not sign up, do not create a password and do not hand over an identity. Open the app and use it. A name and phone number are asked for only when you file a complaint, so the sanitation team can reach you about it. BUILT FOR ITANAGAR Every collection area, route and timetable in this app is the real Itanagar Municipal Corporation fleet - mapped from the actual drives its trucks make, not drawn on a map. Coverage is being extended ward by ward. PRIVACY No advertising. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. Your location is used to show you the right truck, and a saved pickup point is stored only if you switch on alerts - you can delete it from inside the app at any time.
