IdleX

IdleX is a community marketplace for renting things instead of buying them. Need a DSLR for one weekend, a drill for one afternoon, or a tent for one trip? Someone near you already owns it and is not using it today. Rent it for a day or a week, collect it in person, and give it back when you are done. And it works the other way round. The camera in your cupboard, the pressure washer you use twice a year, the projector from that one party — list them and earn from what is already sitting there. RENT WHAT YOU NEED • Browse by category, price and town — electronics, cameras, outdoor gear, tools, home appliances, sports equipment and more • See the daily price, the refundable deposit and where to collect before you request • Message the owner and agree the details before anything is booked • Extend a rental without starting over, where the owner allows it EARN FROM WHAT YOU OWN • List an item in a few minutes with your own photos • Set your daily price, security deposit and extension rules • Block out the dates you need the item yourself • Approve or decline each request — nothing is booked without you • Track bookings, returns and payouts in one place BUILT FOR TRUST • Every owner completes identity verification before they can list • Security deposits are held for the rental and returned after the item comes back • Disputes go to a real person, with the other party's contact details to hand • Ratings and reviews after each completed rental MADE FOR INDIA Prices in rupees. Payment by UPI. Pick-up and hand-back arranged directly between the two of you, so there is no shipping to wait for. Browsing needs no account.
