【時間管理で人生を豊かにする】 TOKILOG(トキログ)は人生の質を高めるためのアプリケーションです。人生は「仕事」「プライベート」「学び」「睡眠時間」に大別されます。それぞれにどれだけの時間を使っているか考えたことはありますか？それぞれの時間がどれだけ有効に使われているか考えたことがありますか？トキログはそんな時間に答えをくれるアプリです。【TOKILOG（トキログ）の特徴】 ● ログにアイコンをセットすることで、何分間、何をしていたかを記録します。 ● 都度の記録はもちろん、位置情報・移動で自動ログ生成がされるので、思い出しながらでも行動の記録ができます。 ● アイコン（分類）を自由に作成できるので、楽しみながら記録ができます。 ● 日・週・月で集計ができ、それぞれ、前日・前週・前月との比較ができます。 ● ビジネスユース機能（有料）もあり、働き方改革に活用ができます。 ▼主な機能【ログにアイコンをつける】１つ１つの行動の区切りをログと呼んでいます。ログは、自分で増やす事はもちろんですが、移動で自動生成されます。1つのログを複数のログに分割することもできます。そのログに、何をしていたかを集計するためのアイコンをセットします。これにより何時から何時まで何をしていたかを記録できます。【アイコンを作る】アイコンは初期設定でいくつか登録されていますが、追加も削除も自由にできます。また、中アイコンと小アイコンの2種類を作成することができます。例えば、“家事”という中アイコンの中に、炊事、洗濯、買物などの小アイコンを作成することができます。そうすることで、それぞれの時間と合計の時間が集計できるようになります。アイコンには、色やマークを設定することができますので、オリジナルのアイコンを作成し記録することを楽しくしましょう。【集計する】登録したログを日・週・月の単位で集計ができます。また、小アイコンでの集計、中アイコンでの集計を行うことができます。指定期間の集計と合わせ、前日・前週・前月の結果との差も確認ができ、自分の時間の使い方の変化を数値で確認することができます。 ▼ビジネスでの活用　ビジネスユースの場合、メンバーの登録、確認、集計など、管理者が本部システム（PC）を使って行います。メンバーはアプリを使い企業メンバーとしてログをつけます。　個人ユースでは中アイコンと小アイコンという分類ですが、本部システムでは、大アイコンも追加され、3段階での集計が可能となります。本部システムの詳細はこちら http://www.tokilog.com/ 　※ビジネスでの活用は有料サービスとなります。【働き方改革】　働き方改革を推し進めるためには、作業効率化、残業削減、有給消化促進など時間に関する課題解決が必須となります。従業員一人一人の時間の使い方を可視化できることにより、ムダ・ムラ・ムリの排除に繋げることができます。【目標設定】　時間の見える化ができると、当然したくなるのが目標設定です。企業ユースでは、管理者がアイコン事に目標時間を設定し、その進捗を測ることができます。　従業員もアプリで目標対比を確認することができ、PDCAサイクルを回すことができます。【様々な帳票出力】　本部システム（PC）では、様々帳票出力が可能です・仕事別分析：アイコン指定　日別・メンバー別時間一覧を集計できます。・日別・月別仕事一覧：アイコン事に日別時間数を集計できます。・チーム別・個人別時間一覧：アイコン事、メンバー毎に時間数を集計し横並び比較ができます。・予算実績比較表：目標対比の結果を集計できます。本部システムの詳細はこちら　http://www.tokilog.com/ 　※ビジネスでの活用は有料サービスとなります。
