Book through IRCTC. Refunds and cancellations are theirs. It is an independent app, not connected to, endorsed by or operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC or NTES. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE The trains you follow, the stations you look up and your settings are kept on this phone. A PNR you check is sent only to look it up and is never recorded. It is a copy, so it can lag behind the official systems and can occasionally differ from them. When one provider cannot answer, the app asks another. Nothing in the app is a railway record.
