Mahima is a women's health companion, made with hospitals. Track your periods, your pregnancy, or your recovery after birth — and keep what you record on your own phone. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Most health apps upload what you enter. Mahima is built the other way around: • Your period and cycle history never leave your phone. There is no setting for this — the app simply has no way to send them. • Your journal, readings, weight, feeding log and contraction timings stay on your phone too. • No ads. No analytics. No trackers. We never sell or share your data. • Your data is kept out of phone backups, so it never sits in a cloud copy you didn't choose. • App lock with PIN or fingerprint, so a shared phone stays private. • Delete your account any time — with a 7-day window in case someone else pressed the button. TRACK YOUR PERIODS A simple month calendar. Log your period on any day, add flow, symptoms, pain and mood. See your cycle history and, if you tell Mahima your usual cycle length, the date your next period is expected. Mahima does not predict fertility or ovulation — it shows you your own record, honestly. DURING PREGNANCY Follow your weeks with a clear due-date view. Record blood pressure, sugar, weight and your baby's movements, and see your readings drawn as simple charts. Week-by-week guidance links to clinician-written resources — Mahima itself never gives medical advice. AFTER THE BIRTH The weeks after delivery matter too. A feeding log that never grades you, gentle recovery check-ins, and a contraction timer for when labour begins. ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY An emergency screen with the 108 ambulance line and your own contacts, and a medical ID card that works even when the app is locked — because in an emergency, the person holding your phone may not be you. A PRIVATE JOURNAL Write, photograph, or record a voice note. Entries are private by default, always. IF YOUR HOSPITAL USES DOCRAN Mahima is made by Docran, the hospital platform. If your hospital runs on Docran, your care team can invite you to link your account — then the readings you choose to share reach them before your next visit, and your care plan travels with you instead of living on paper. Without a hospital link, everything above works on its own. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS NOT Mahima does not diagnose, score, or predict anything about your health.
