Bottle Prime

Bottle Prime is a business management app for packaged drinking water plants. It replaces the daily paper register with one shared record your whole team can update as the work happens. WHAT YOU CAN DO Purchases — record what you buy from each vendor, track part payments, and see vendor balances at a glance. Production — log daily output in cases and loose bottles, record rejected empties and rejected capped bottles, and see what you can make tomorrow from current stock. Sales — raise invoices for regular customers, mark them pending or dispatched, generate a PDF invoice and share it, and record payments received. Inventory — bottle and cap stock updates automatically as you purchase, produce and sell. No separate stock register to maintain. Customers and vendors — keep a ledger for each one showing balance and full history. Reports — period totals, seven-day trends, top customers and top products, with CSV export. Team access — invite staff by phone number and control who can change master data. BUILT FOR SMALL PLANTS Made for a one-plant operation with a handful of staff. Sign in with your phone number — no passwords to remember. Everyone sees the same numbers, so nobody has to reconcile three notebooks at month end. Start with a 14-day free trial.
