ClassPep Academy brings your school's daily work to your phone and your wrist. It is built for principals, administrators, teachers and office staff. Sign in with the account your school gave you. ON YOUR PHONE Use the full ClassPep Academy platform, the same one your school already uses on the web: • Attendance: mark and review student and staff attendance • Fees: collections, dues, concessions, receipts and day reports • Communication: circulars, posts and announcements for staff, students and parents • Homework and learning: assign, review and approve homework • Leave management: apply for, approve and track leave requests • Transport: follow school vehicles and trip updates on the map • Reports: download and print reports and receipts from the app • Multiple schools: switch between the schools you are linked to ON YOUR WEAR OS WATCH Check how your school is doing and act on approvals without taking out your phone: • Emergency alerts: transport alerts raised by school vehicles, as they happen • School overview: today's key numbers at a glance • Student attendance: present, absent and overall percentage • Staff attendance: who is in today • Fee collection: today's collection compared with last week • Pending approvals: leave requests, fee concessions, receipt cancellations, homework and posts, each with approve or reject • Overdues and gaps: outstanding fees and students with consecutive absences • Messages: read the latest school communication • Multiple schools: pick a school on the watch Setting up the watch is easy. Install ClassPep Academy on your phone and sign in. When a Wear OS watch is connected, the app offers to install ClassPep on it. Open ClassPep on the watch, tap Connect to phone, and it signs in securely through your phone. You never type a password on the watch. SECURE AND ROLE-BASED • You only see the screens and data your school role allows • All data is encrypted in transit • The watch has its own secure session, separate from your phone Requirements: an account from a school that uses ClassPep Academy.
