Batchbook Live

BatchBook — Your Tuition Class, Finally Organized. Still juggling a paper attendance register, a fee notebook, and forty WhatsApp chats just to run your classes? BatchBook replaces all three with one simple app built specifically for solo tutors and coaching class owners — no accountant, no IT team, no learning curve required. 📚 Batches & Students, Sorted Create batches in seconds, add students with a tap, and see exactly who's enrolled where. No more flipping through a dog-eared register to find one student's number. ✅ Attendance in One Tap Mark a whole batch present with a single tap, or go student-by-student. Every session is logged automatically — searchable, exportable, and never lost to a torn page. 💰 Get Paid Faster, Directly to You Set up fee structures per batch, track who's paid and who's pending at a glance, and collect payments online through your own Razorpay account — the money goes straight to you, BatchBook never touches it. Send a payment reminder straight to a parent's WhatsApp with one tap, instead of typing the same message forty times. 📝 Track Test Scores Log test and exam scores per student, per batch — so progress reports are a scroll away, not a spreadsheet hunt. 👨‍👩‍👧 A Portal for Parents Too Parents and students get their own simple view — today's classes, upcoming schedule, and fee status — logged in with just the parent's phone number. No separate accounts to manage, no confusion. Built for how you actually teach BatchBook isn't a bloated school-management suite designed for large institutes. It's built for the one-person operation — the tutor running batches out of a spare room, a rented hall, or their own living room — who needs their register, ledger, and WhatsApp broadcast list replaced by something that just works. No more lost registers. No more chasing fees over chat. No more "let me check and get back to you." Just open the app. Download BatchBook and spend less time managing your class — and more time teaching it
