WHEN THEY GO QUIET, WE DON'T • No reply after a few hours: a gentle reminder. • Still nothing: an automatic phone call in their language. • No answer: you get an alert, with a one-tap button to call them. • If you can't reach them either: the neighbour or relative you chose is asked to check in person. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Medicines: what they take, whether they took it today, and how many days are left before a refill. • Readings: your parent photographs the BP machine or glucometer and the numbers are read and charted for you. • Lab reports: send a PDF or a photo on WhatsApp and every value appears with the printed range and its trend over months. • One monthly summary you can hand to their doctor. • An emergency card — address, allergies, blood group, medicines, doctor, hospital — that opens even without internet.
