Maintenex

MainteNex is the simplest way to run an apartment community. Whether you are an association admin collecting monthly maintenance or a flat owner who just wants to know what is due, MainteNex keeps every rupee, every flat and every member in one place. No spreadsheets. No WhatsApp threads. No "who paid last month?" FOR COMMUNITY ADMINS • Create your community in minutes — blocks, floors and units set up in a single guided flow. • Invite residents by sharing a join code or a scannable QR code. • Record and categorise community expenses, with photo or PDF receipts attached. • Generate maintenance invoices for flats and track exactly who has paid. • Review and approve incoming payments, including partial payments. • Manage members, owner and tenant join requests, and role assignments. • Publish the community's bank and UPI details so residents know where to pay. FOR FLAT OWNERS AND RESIDENTS • See every invoice raised against your flat, with a clear paid / pending status. • View a full payment history — nothing is lost, nothing is disputed. • Submit a payment record with a reference number and receipt after you transfer. • See where the community's money actually goes with a transparent expense feed. • Join a community instantly with a code or QR scan. BUILT FOR REAL COMMUNITIES • Role-aware experience — admins, flat owners and residents each see what matters to them. • Available in English, Hindi and Telugu. • Secure sign-in with a one-time password (OTP) — no passwords to remember. • Optional fingerprint or face unlock for fast, private access. • Push notifications for new invoices, recorded payments and community updates. • Download and share invoices as PDFs. TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN Every expense, invoice and payment is visible to the members it affects. MainteNex is a record-keeping and workflow tool: it does not hold, move or settle funds. Money moves directly between residents and the community through your existing bank or UPI channels, and MainteNex keeps the ledger straight. GET STARTED 1. Sign in with your phone number or email and verify the OTP. 2. Create a community, or join an existing one with a code or QR scan. 3. Start tracking expenses, raising invoices and recording payments.
