Helm App

Helm App is the client app of Aran Accounting, an accounting firm based in Ireland that works with self-employed professionals and sole traders — many of them Brazilian immigrants building a business in Ireland. Helm App is operated by DUNA AI LIMITED for ARAN Accounting Solutions. If you are a client of the firm, Helm puts your accounting in your pocket: • Invoices — create, edit and send professional invoices, and keep your invoice history organised. • Clients — see the customers you invoice, with totals and outstanding balances at a glance. • Tax calendar — the dates that matter for self-employed and sole traders, plus your monthly document routine, in one view. • Documents — photograph or upload receipts, statements and letters (PDF, images, spreadsheets, up to 20 MB) straight to your accountant. • Dashboard — a single view of where your business stands right now. • Support — reach the team through the in-app support channel. • Bilingual — the entire app is available in English and Portuguese. Sign in is passwordless and secure: no password to remember — you receive a one-time link by email and you are in. Important: Helm App is built for clients of Aran Accounting. You can create your account in the app or at app.aran-accounting.ie: tell us who you are, and we send you a link by email to complete the setup and confirm your access. The app does not process payments, does not offer loans or credit, and does not move money; it is a secure window into the accounting work the firm does for you. Your data is protected: traffic is encrypted in transit, sensitive identifiers are masked on screen and encrypted at rest, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time from Settings or from our public deletion page.
