Trafocomm adalah aplikasi khusus untuk engineer/teknisi lapangan dalam melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, pengujian, dan commissioning perangkat Smart Trafo (Distribution Transformer Monitoring System / DTMS) secara terstruktur, cepat, dan terdokumentasi. Aplikasi ini membantu proses dari tahap awal pemasangan hingga perangkat siap beroperasi dan terhubung ke sistem monitoring/cloud, sekaligus memastikan setiap langkah memenuhi standar kualitas dan keselamatan kerja. Tujuan Utama - Trafocomm dirancang untuk: - Mempercepat proses pemasangan Smart Trafo di lapangan. - Mengurangi human error melalui checklist dan validasi data. - Menstandarkan prosedur commissioning antar tim/area. - Menyediakan bukti kerja (evidence) dan dokumentasi digital yang rapi. - Memudahkan troubleshooting dan serah-terima perangkat ke operasi. Fitur Utama 1) Registrasi & Identifikasi Perangkat - Input/scan ID perangkat / serial number (QR/Barcode bila tersedia). - Pencatatan metadata instalasi: lokasi, feeder, gardu/trafo, kapasitas trafo, tanggal pemasangan, dan data teknisi. - Validasi format data agar konsisten. 2) Setup Komunikasi & Konektivitas - Konfigurasi komunikasi perangkat (contoh: parameter koneksi, identitas gateway, mode komunikasi). - Pengujian koneksi ke jaringan (mis. seluler/WiFi/ethernet sesuai perangkat). - Monitoring status koneksi dan kualitas sinyal (RSSI/latency bila tersedia). 3) Konfigurasi Parameter Instalasi - Pengaturan parameter dasar yang diperlukan sebelum perangkat aktif: profil trafo & kapasitas mapping sensor (arus/tegangan RSTN, suhu, dll) batas ambang/threshold (alarm, unbalance, overload, over/under voltage) - Template konfigurasi agar instalasi antar lokasi tetap seragam. 4) Commissioning & Checklist Lapangan - Checklist langkah kerja commissioning yang bisa dikustomisasi: pemeriksaan fisik dan wiring verifikasi sensor dan polaritas CT validasi pembacaan tegangan/arus RSTN dan netral uji komunikasi data ke server uji event/alarm dasar (bila diperlukan) - Status setiap langkah: Not Started / In Progress / Pass / Fail. 5) Monitoring Real-Time Saat Instalasi - Tampilan data live untuk verifikasi cepat: tegangan R/S/T/N arus R/S/T/N daya/energi (jika tersedia) indikator unbalance/overload (jika tersedia) - Membantu teknisi memastikan instalasi benar sebelum serah-terima. 6) Dokumentasi, Evidence, dan Laporan - Input catatan lapangan (kondisi panel, anomali, tindakan). - Lampiran foto (wiring, posisi sensor, panel, nameplate trafo). - Ringkasan hasil commissioning otomatis: perangkat siap operasi atau perlu perbaikan. - Export/rekap untuk kebutuhan QA/QC dan audit internal. 7) Troubleshooting Terarah - Panduan cepat untuk kendala umum: data tidak masuk sinyal lemah pembacaan arus/tegangan tidak wajar mismatch konfigurasi - Log aktivitas agar mudah ditelusuri oleh tim support/back office. - Manfaat untuk Operasional - Lebih cepat: instalasi dan aktivasi perangkat lebih efisien. - Lebih akurat: checklist + validasi mengurangi kesalahan wiring/setting. - Lebih aman: proses terstandar membantu kepatuhan prosedur kerja. - Lebih rapi: dokumentasi terpusat untuk serah-terima dan audit. - Lebih mudah di-scale: cocok untuk deployment massal di banyak lokasi.
