Foryournest (FYN)

Indonesia’s youth are moving to cities in search of education, jobs, and new opportunities. But their first challenge is finding a place to live. The most common choice is Kos—a boarding house or dormitory-style accommodation. Affordable, yet often unstable, Kos living can be disrupted by financial struggles, aging facilities, and limited access to financial services. For Your Nest (FYN) was created to make Kos living more secure, convenient, and affordable. By addressing the challenges young tenants face, FYN helps them focus on what matters most: their studies, careers, and personal growth. Why FYN Matters Protects tenants from unexpected financial hardship and risk of eviction Improves living conditions through renovation support Expands access to financial knowledge and services Lightens the burden of rising daily costs FYN isn’t just about housing—it’s about building stable foundations for Indonesia’s youth. When young people gain everyday stability, they gain the freedom to develop themselves, pursue careers, and contribute to society. One person’s stability can inspire progress across an entire community. Backed by KOICA and Impact Square, FYN is more than a project—it’s a movement. With the belief that personal stability fuels collective growth, FYN is changing lives, one young person, one Kos at a time.
