Catch Register

Catch Register is the ultimate digital fishing journal and analytics tool. It acts as your professional assistant on the water, automating data logging so you can focus on the catch. NEW: a completely redesigned app Every screen has been redesigned into one consistent style – with polished light and dark themes, a bottom navigation bar, and built-in tutorials: an info button in the header explains what each screen is for. Why choose Catch Register? • SMART SESSIONS: Track your entire fishing trip from arrival to pack-up with modern session logs. • INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD: Visualize your fishing statistics with professional charts. Instantly see your most successful baits, locations, and bite trends. • PROFESSIONAL BAIT BAG: Manage your gear by brand, type, and size. Record complex bait setups (e.g., snowman rigs) with ease. • AUTOMATED DATA TRACKING: Save GPS coordinates, weather conditions, air pressure, and moon phases with one tap at the moment of the catch. • FEATURED CATCHES: Submit your best catches for the community showcase and follow the status of every submission. • DATA IMPORT (XLSX): Import your catches from an Excel file! Template download, real-time status tracking, and detailed error handling. • GOOGLE & APPLE SIGN-IN: Log in with Google or Apple ID alongside the classic email/password option. With a Pro subscription • CLOUD PHOTO STORAGE: Your catch photos are stored in the cloud, so they survive a change of device – and existing photos can be uploaded in bulk. • WEATHER BACKFILL: Catches logged without weather can be filled in retroactively; processing runs in the background and notifies you when it is done. Detailed Logging: Record single or multi-day fishing sessions. The session summary provides an instant overview of your total catch count, weight, and average size. Add unlimited catches to each session. With the Bait Bag feature, you can attach multiple baits to a single catch for precise logging. Beyond attaching photos, you can browse your life-long records on the PERSONAL BESTS screen. Precision & Integration: Use the built-in GPS location saving. If the location was missed, you can add it later by tapping the map – for sessions and for catches alike. Integrated Google Maps allows you to revisit your favorite spots at any time. Enjoy the updated fishing calendar with moon phase indicators and personal best highlights!
