SPOT sustav je nacionalni pružatelj usluga zračne navigacije odgovoran za upravljanje i koordinaciju zračnog prometa unutar hrvatskog zračnog prostora. Organizacija pruža bitne usluge, uključujući kontrolu zračnog prometa, podršku zračnoj navigaciji, usluge letnih informacija i upravljanje zrakoplovnim podacima. Pomoću naprednih sustava nadzora, komunikacijskih mreža i visoko obučenih kontrolora zračnog prometa, Croatia Control osigurava da zrakoplovi mogu sigurno, učinkovito i pouzdano putovati preko Hrvatske i okolnog europskog zračnog prostora. Organizacija također surađuje s međunarodnim zrakoplovnim vlastima, zračnim lukama i zrakoplovnim tvrtkama kako bi održala visoke sigurnosne standarde i optimizirala protok zračnog prometa unutar šire europske zrakoplovne mreže.
