Poljo – Farm records

Poljo is not an official app of the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture, the Paying Agency (APPRRR) or any other government body — it is a private app by TOMLJANOVIĆ ADRIA j.d.o.o. Poljo keeps the prescribed records of a family farm (OPG). Enter data in the field on your phone and export inspection papers when needed. SEVEN BRANCHES, ONE APP Choose what you farm and Poljo arranges itself around it: field crops, vegetables, vineyards, fruit and olive growing, grassland, livestock and beekeeping. PLOTS FROM ARKOD Enter your MIBPG and plots arrive with boundaries, area and crop. Map with a satellite background. Draw greenhouses, gardens and leases by hand. Plot history by season and a crop rotation warning. THE FULL PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS REGISTER FIS is in the app: approved crops, pests, doses, pre-harvest intervals and active substances. Pick a product and a crop, and Poljo knows whether it is allowed and how much. - the dose is suggested by crop and area - the pre-harvest interval is calculated and shown on the plot until harvest is allowed - treatment quota and spray interval from the label - spraying conditions from the forecast for that hour - a warning that insecticides are prohibited during flowering RECORDS AS REQUIRED BY LAW Plant protection records in the form required by Regulation (EU) 2025/2203, with a countdown to the transfer deadline. Annual records for AGRONET, Annexes 7 and 8 under the Croatian Ordinance (NN 80/2023). Nitrogen fertilisation records per hectare. LIVESTOCK AND BEEKEEPING Tagged animals, treatments with withdrawal periods for milk and meat, movements, milking, reproduction. Apiaries and hives, treatments with honey withdrawal periods, extraction, moving hives. VINEYARD, ORCHARD, GREENHOUSE Wine declaration deadlines. Cellar: harvest, processing, racking, sulphiting, bottling and stock by vintage and variety. Sales per kilogram by class. Depreciation of plantations. Greenhouse turnover across multiple cycles. FINANCES AND CALCULATIONS Costs and income by season, plot and crop. Cost price per tonne. Labour, fuel and machine cost per engine hour. Invoice photos. Calculators: fertilisation and nitrogen, seed rate, spray mix and sprayer fills, planting density, yield, fuel, cost per hectare. FORECAST PER PLOT Wind, temperature, rainfall, humidity and UV, hour by hour. Frost in the coming days raises a warning on plots in flower. DEADLINES IN ONE PLACE Pre-harvest intervals, wine declarations, licence expiry, sprayer inspection, record transfer – all with days remaining. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Everything is entered on the device and stays there. With an account, data is synchronised across devices and shared with members of the farm. IT DOES NOT MAKE THINGS UP When Poljo does not know something – data not entered or no rule in the register – it says so. It does not guess. PRICE Data entry, calculations, warnings, map and forecast are free, with no time limit and no ads. Exporting records unlocks Poljo+ (€39.99 per year) or a single report (€4.99). A purchased report is yours forever. Poljo is not a replacement for an agronomist. The product label and the subsidy decision always take precedence.
