Aplikacija Centra za mindfulness donosi na vaš telefon vođene vježbe pune svjesnosti koje prate tečajeve Centra. Vođene vježbe Vježba pregleda tijela, sjedeća meditacija, prostor za disanje u tri koraka, hodanje i istezanje pune svjesnosti, vježbe za stresne situacije i zvona za samostalnu meditaciju. Od tri minute do pola sata, ovisno o tome koliko vremena imate. Danas Ekran koji predlaže jednu vježbu za taj dan i pamti gdje ste stali. Ako ste vježbu prekinuli, nastavlja se odande. Slušanje bez mreže Vježbu možete preuzeti na uređaj i slušati je poslije bez internetske veze — u vlaku, u šumi, gdje god. Tečajevi Termini osmotjednog tečaja, dani povlačenja i radionice Centra, s datumima i satnicom. Prijava se obavlja na stranici Centra. Obavijesti Ako ih uključite, javit ćemo vam kad krene novi tečaj. Obavijesti su isključene dok ih sami ne uključite. Za polaznike tečaja Dio vježbi namijenjen je polaznicima tečaja i otvara se kodom koji dobiju na tečaju. Ostale vježbe dostupne su svima, bez prijave i bez računa. O Centru Od 2014. godine tečaj mindfulnessa u Centru prošlo je više od 1600 polaznika. Tečajeve vode psihologinje i kognitivno-bihevioralne terapeutkinje, certificirane instruktorice za programe MBCT i MBCT-L.
