Brickdata FM+ is a cloud-based property management system designed for property inspections and work progress tracking. It allows managers to monitor operations anytime, anywhere, on any device, and view real-time patrol status via the web dashboard.  The Brickdata FM+ Mobile App features two core functions: ▾ Orders ▾ Create & Receive: Frontline staff can manage work orders, whether manually generated or triggered automatically by IoT sensors. ▾ Media Evidence: Capture "before and after" photos and videos to document work. ▾ Instant Alerts: Notify relevant staff of order details and status updates.  ▾ Patrol ▾ Schedule Alerts: Remind patrol staff to adhere to assigned patrol schedules. ▾ Check-in Verification: Supports location verification via NFC or QR codes. ▾ Photo & Video Logging: Allow staff to capture visual records during rounds. ▾ On-the-Spot Reporting: Create orders and assign tasks immediately while on patrol. ▸▸ The Brickdata FM+ Mobile App supports offline mode ◂◂
