Full description
VNR Record is a field tool for the operator who brings an ESP or ESPCP well on stream — the job Russian oilfield practice calls VNR. It replaces the paper start-up record: capture the data on your phone at the well pad, generate the Excel sheet in the standard record layout, and hand it to your process engineer through your own email app. Everything runs offline. No connection is needed to fill in a record, run the calculations or store the result — which matters on remote fields where there is no signal. WHAT THE APP DOES • Start-up record — all the data for bringing a well on stream: well, pad, field, production department, equipment (pump size, submersible motor, tubing, production casing) and the assignment issued by the process engineer. • Measurement table — dynamic and static fluid level, line, wellhead and annulus pressure, pump intake pressure, current, voltage, insulation resistance, load, motor temperature and speed. Cooling shutdowns are logged as their own row. • Automatic calculations — reservoir inflow, minimum allowable speed and the fluid fill-up time to the wellhead are derived from the data you enter. • Equipment reference lists — pump and motor sizes, tubing and casing diameters can be picked from a list or typed in by hand. • Pre-export checks — the app shows what is still missing and flags inconsistencies: current above the rated value, a long gap between measurements, negative inflow. • Excel in one tap — the app builds an .xlsx file in the start-up record layout and passes it to the email app you choose. You confirm the sending yourself. The file opens in Excel and in free office suites. • Records archive — every record is kept on the device: open it, continue it, duplicate it, resend it or delete it. • Meter flow test — at the group metering station: note the oil meter reading, start the stopwatch, come back, enter the new reading, and the app converts the difference into a daily rate. The stopwatch survives minimising the app, and the phone can buzz every 10 minutes to remind you while the test runs. • Reference guide — the working parts of the technical regulation in your pocket: measurement frequency, when to shut down for cooling and for how long, when a well counts as brought on stream, the inflow and minimum speed formulas, and how line, wellhead and annulus pressure differ. Searchable, and available offline. • Tubing pressure test tracking — if the test was done and the check valve holds, the app tells you flow is expected right after start-up; if no test was done, it calculates the fill-up time from the static level. LANGUAGES Russian and English. The interface follows your phone language. WHO IT IS FOR Production operators, process engineers and crew foremen — anyone who brings ESP and ESPCP wells on stream and fills in start-up records. PRIVACY The app collects nothing, holds no internet permission and sends nothing on its own. Everything you enter stays on your phone. The finished file leaves the device only when you send the email yourself from your own mail app. The single permission it requests is vibration, used for the reminder during a meter flow test.
