smart-ALICE gives IT devices a second life across Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. Hand the computer, tablet or phone you no longer use to an approved reuse-sector organisation, and find a certified refurbished device near you. DONATE A DEVICE • Describe your device: category, brand, model and up to 5 photos • Choose a reuse-sector organisation near you • Give an address and a time window, and the organisation collects it • Follow your donation step by step, from collection to reuse FIND A REFURBISHED DEVICE • Browse laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets and phones refurbished by reuse-sector organisations • Every device is certified by the organisation that refurbished it • Reserve it, then collect it or have it delivered where the organisation offers delivery • You pay the organisation directly (cash, bank transfer or card): the app never asks for payment details • Free devices are offered too, first come, first served THE DEVICE PASSPORT Scan a device's QR code or tag to see its details and its reuse history. EVERY DAY • Save devices to your favourites • Follow each step of your donations and reservations in your notifications • In French or English, with a light or dark theme YOUR PRIVACY • No ads, no trackers, no analytics • Photo metadata, including location, is removed on your phone before upload • Your data is stored on DOTSOFT's servers in the European Union • Delete your account at any time, in the app or at smartalice.dotsoft.gr/delete-account ABOUT smart-ALICE is a pilot of the EU-funded CLIMABOROUGH project, developed by DOTSOFT for Grenoble-Alpes Métropole.
