aiDIANA: Recycling in Sofia

aiDIANA helps people in Sofia sort waste correctly, through short episodes and an AI assistant. Not sure which bin a pizza box goes in? Where to take old batteries or a broken kettle? aiDIANA turns the answers into short lessons, quick challenges and everyday habits, with Diana, an AI assistant who knows how waste works in Sofia. LEARN IN SHORT EPISODES • Each episode takes a few minutes and covers one topic: how Sofia's waste system works, what goes where, and why it matters. • Six challenge formats keep it varied: Quick Quiz, Sort It Right, Photo Choice, Waste Meter, Scenario Decision and Myth or Fact. ASK DIANA • Ask anything about sorting and recycling in Sofia and get a clear answer, the reason behind it, and what to do next. • Diana is an AI assistant and can occasionally be wrong. For anything important, check the official guidance. BUILD THE HABIT • Habit missions with daily check-ins and streaks • Eco-points and badges for what you learn and do • District and city-wide leaderboards that show aliases only, never your real name FIND WHERE TO TAKE IT • A map of recycling centres, with the waste types each one accepts and directions to get there. REPORT A PROBLEM • Spotted an overflowing bin or dumped hazardous waste? Report it in a few taps, with an optional photo and location. YOUR CHOICE • Start straight away as a guest, or create an account to keep your progress. • Available in Bulgarian and English. • Delete your account at any time from Settings. aiDIANA is a project by Dotsoft and Climaborough, funded by the European Union.
