Pinpoint

PinPoint is the official mobile companion to the KALAHI-CIDSS Geotagging WebApp, designed to improve accessibility and real-time tracking of community subprojects. Developed to address the operational limitations of the existing system, the app empowers both program staff and local stakeholders with a user-friendly platform to view and manage essential subproject information—on the go and even offline. With mapping capabilities, PinPoint allows users to visualize the exact locations of subprojects, cluster them for easier navigation, and view physical and financial data directly from the map interface. It supports both online and offline modes, ensuring access even in areas with limited connectivity. Key features include: Location-aware subproject map with clustering and detailed info Offline access to community subproject data Real-time geotagged photo uploads by program staff during field visits Role-based access to protect data integrity Dashboard and filters for quick retrieval of relevant reports Data sourced from the official KALAHI-CIDSS Geotagging WebApp Whether you are part of the program implementation team or a local stakeholder (e.g., LGU) seeking immediate access to subproject information in your area, PinPoint brings the data right to your hands—efficiently, securely, and intuitively. This innovation supports DSWD’s digitalization and transparency goals, and contributes to the institutionalization of Community-Driven Development (CDD) by promoting timely access to vital information across covered communities.
