MindScreen is a private, anonymous mental-health self-screening app from the Guga Sikharulidze Mental Health Research Center (GSMRC). It uses established, widely used self-report screening questionnaires to help you reflect on how you have been feeling — covering areas such as mood, anxiety, sleep-related distress, and general wellbeing. You answer a short set of questions and receive an immediate summary of your results. WHAT MINDSCREEN IS • A self-screening tool that turns validated questionnaires into a simple, private check-in. • Completely anonymous — no account, no name, no email, no phone number. • Bilingual: Georgian and English. • Yours to keep: you get a one-time code so you can save or, if you choose, share your result with a health professional. WHAT MINDSCREEN IS NOT • It is NOT a diagnosis and NOT a substitute for professional assessment or treatment. • A screening result only indicates whether a fuller conversation with a qualified professional might be worthwhile — a decision that is entirely yours. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • No account and no identity. We do not collect your name, email, phone, or location. • No tracking and no advertising. There are no analytics or ad SDKs in the app. • Your responses are sent securely (encrypted in transit) only to produce your result. • Screening data is transient and is removed once your result is retrieved.
