Full description
You are the wind. Gust is a relaxing physics game in watercolour where one finger makes the air and a painted city answers it. A balloon slips from a child's hand at dawn. Swipe under it and your wind lifts it over the market, past the bunting and the chimney pots, to her window. Then the day goes on: a paper boat on the morning water, an ember over the fields at noon, a paraglider on the afternoon thermals, a rain cloud over the fires, a kite at dusk, a paper lantern let go at night, and the boat out on a night harbour when the weather turns. One city, one day and one night, seven things carried by the wind. A WIND PHYSICS GAME WITH NO BUTTONS Swipe to push, hold to carry, tap to nudge. Everything else is physics. The balloon rides your gusts. The paper boat cannot feel the wind, so you ring bells to lift sluice gates and turn mill wheels to run the water. The ember lights wicks whose heat carries it. The paraglider needs air across its wing and threads rings in order. The cloud rains what it holds on the fires and drinks again over water. The kite's string catches on hooks. The lantern's flame gutters in hard wind and rekindles by a lamp. In the storm the swell runs the whole harbour and the squalls cross it. Every level asks something new of the same one finger, and the game tells you plainly why you lost and how to do better. A HAND-PAINTED WATERCOLOUR WORLD Every frame is a painting: wet edges, pooled pigment, paper grain, a sky that turns from dawn to noon to dusk to night while you play. Birds cross, smoke drifts, fireflies wander, laundry swings on the line, and the people of the city duck when a hat goes past. The music is strings and a harp, calm from start to finish, stepping back for a moment whenever something happens you need to hear. EIGHTY LEVELS, RISING - Seven heroes, eight chapters of ten levels, each chapter harder than the last - Cross a checkpoint on the way, or the goal will wait for you - A hidden trophy off the path in every level, and sketchbook pages to find - A clock to beat for points, medals for grace and speed, three lives a level - Seven Mischief levels of hats, wigs and newspapers to steal from the townsfolk - Short spoken-plainly tutorials before every new hero, and a hint from the sky when you are stuck A FAIR DEAL The whole game is free. Every chapter, every level, no paywall anywhere: you play it all by playing it. Ads pay for it, and they are kept to a leash — one after every second level you finish, never in the first 45 seconds of a session, never twice inside twenty seconds, never more than ten in a sitting, and never in the middle of a level. The rewarded videos, for a hint or another life, are always your choice and push the rest further away. One purchase removes the ads for good. No timers, no energy, no loot boxes. Progress saves to your Google account and the whole game works offline. A relaxing story game about the wind, made by one person for anyone who has ever watched a balloon go.

What's new

Three places you could get stuck are gone: the kite comes off its hook, the lantern threads the wires, and the balloon no longer wedges under the market awnings. Every ring, page and trophy can be reached. The lettering reads against the sky, the wind is visible where it blows, and the people below answer it. A result now tells you what the next medal would have taken, and a lost run says plainly why. The download is smaller.
