Sway-Beta

Sway — The World's First Narrative Market Markets are driven by stories. News cycles, social momentum, macro trends, and emerging ideas move capital long before fundamentals catch up. But until now, there's been no way to trade the narrative itself — only the assets that react to it. Sway changes that. Take positions on ideas directly, as they form and evolve in real time. What you can do on Sway: • Discover emerging narratives surfaced from real-time news and social signals • Go long or short on narratives you have conviction in • Create your own narratives and earn when others trade them • Monitor live positions and exit whenever you choose • Earn referral rewards by bringing new traders into the ecosystem How it works A narrative is a clear, tradeable idea — a macro trend, a short-term event, or a thematic belief. Every narrative has two sides: bullish if you think it will play out, bearish if you think it won't. Your position size reflects your conviction, and your timing determines your edge. Open a position in seconds, watch it move with market sentiment, and close whenever you want. Built for serious traders: • Powered by Hyperliquid — all positions are routed and settled on Hyperliquid's HIP-3 markets • Non-custodial by default — connect your own wallet or use a secure Privy wallet; you stay in control of your funds at all times • Fully onchain — rewards and fee settlement happen transparently on Arbitrum via smart contracts • Real-time signals — narratives are continuously surfaced from multiple news sources and social platforms Earn as a creator Sway rewards the people who shape the market. Create a narrative, share it, and earn 80% of the trading fees it generates. Refer new users and earn 20% of their trading fees. Rewards accrue in real time and are claimable directly onchain. Why Sway exists Trading infrastructure has become increasingly commoditized — perps, spot, swaps all look the same. Meanwhile, conviction has no native home. Views are fragmented across social platforms, disconnected from capital, and by the time you trade an asset, the narrative has often already played out. Sway bridges that gap by turning narratives into live, tradeable markets — a new financial primitive where ideas become positions, attention becomes capital, and conviction becomes signal. Get started in minutes Connect a wallet, fund your account, and start exploring narratives immediately. No custodial intermediaries. No hidden friction. Just ideas, conviction, and markets. Trade the story. Shape the market. Sway.
