Kalena Operator

Kalena Operator is the app for hosts, tour and transfer operators running their business on Kalena. Open it in the morning and your whole day is there — who's arriving, who's checking out, what needs a decision, and what you'll be paid. Built for a phone, and for a real Pacific workday: it stays fast on a patchy connection and keeps the last screen you loaded readable when you go offline. See your day the moment you open it Today shows arrivals and departures, anything that needs attention, and your next check-in — with one tap to message the guest or check them in. Find any booking in seconds Search by guest name, phone, date or booking reference. Upcoming, pending and past bookings, grouped by day, with paid and due clearly marked. Know what's free at a glance A week strip and a fale-by-fale, night-by-night grid. Add a walk-in or phone booking, or block a room for maintenance or private use, in a couple of taps. Keep on top of turnovers Housekeeping lays out today's and tomorrow's changeovers room by room, so nothing is missed between guests. See exactly what you'll be paid, and when Direct guest payments land in your account and Kalena's commission is taken automatically — no invoicing to chase. The Money screen shows what's settled and what's still to come, per your agreement. Everything Kalena has sent your guests A full message history for each booking, so you always know what confirmation, reminder or update went out — and can call, WhatsApp or email the guest straight from your phone. Works offline Lose signal and the app still shows the last copy of Today and your bookings it loaded, clearly marked as offline. It never quietly changes a booking behind your back — actions that need a connection wait until you're back online. Who it's for Hosts of beach fales, guesthouses and hotels, and tour and transfer operators, across Samoa, Fiji and the wider Pacific. You sign in with the Google account Kalena invited; access is invite-only. Kalena is by Navicaters Limited. Questions? [email protected]
