ECE (Espace Clients Entreprises) sur mobile est l’application gratuite destinée aux clients de SUEZ Recyclage et Valorisation France. Elle vous permet d’être autonome dans la gestion de vos demandes (collecte, information, administratif, devis, matériels), d’interagir avec nos équipes et de suivre le traitement de vos demandes. La création d’une demande peut se faire aussi bien en ligne qu’hors ligne, afin de s’adapter à vos contraintes (une connexion est néanmoins requise pour envoyer les demandes créées hors ligne, a posteriori). Échangez directement avec nos équipes et suivez vos demandes en temps réel. Vous pouvez également créer et suivre vos demandes de support technique, ainsi que gérer votre profil. Votre compte est mutualisé avec celui de votre portail web. Ainsi, toutes les interactions réalisées sur votre application mobile sont également visibles sur votre portail web.
