Il s’agit d’une ressource complémentaire à une prise en charge médicale. Hop ma liste se compose de 4 modules : - Une liste de secours permettant de repérer les moments à risque et de mettre en place une réponse graduée et personnalisée pour se sentir mieux ou recevoir de l’aide. Cette liste est créée pas à pas avec l’utilisateur à partir de 7 questions ; - Une boîte personnelle permettant de rassembler au même endroit les photos, musiques et citations appréciées par l’utilisateur ; - Un journal permettant de noter les moments et personnes qui ont eu un impact positif dans la journée de l’utilisateur ; - Des ressources permettant d’avoir accès à des documents validés scientifiquement pour mieux comprendre les idées suicidaires et connaitre les ressources existantes.
