Kolus est une application mobile FSM conçue pour les techniciens itinérants et équipes SAV qui interviennent sur site ou à distance. Elle permet de digitaliser, centraliser et tracer l’ensemble des interventions techniques, depuis la réception de la mission jusqu’au rapport final. Une application pensée pour le terrain Les techniciens reçoivent leurs missions qualifiées directement sur leur mobile : informations client, équipement concerné, contexte, historique et documentation associée. Tout est accessible depuis une interface simple, claire et rapide à prendre en main. L’application fonctionne même hors ligne : les techniciens peuvent consulter leurs missions, prendre des photos, enregistrer des informations et préparer leurs rapports sans connexion. Les données se synchronisent automatiquement dès que le réseau est disponible.
