Esper est un outil d’auto-gestion totalement gratuit et sécurisé qui vise à soutenir le rétablissement des personnes concernées par un problème de santé mentale. Cette application vous guide pour mieux vous connaître et être acteur de votre bien-être. - Construire son plan de rétablissement pour mieux se connaitre et définir ses objectifs. - Définir son plan d’action pour prévenir ou gérer la crise. Cibler ce qui aide, des lieux et des personnes ressources. - Avoir un suivi quotidien de son humeur et de son sommeil. - Accéder au menu pour partager ses plans et trouver des ressources web et documentaires... ESPER a été élaborée en 2022 et 2023 par le secteur de santé mentale 59G21 de l’EPSM Lille-Métropole, co-construite avec des usagers du service et des professionnels de santé mentale, notamment des Médiateurs de Santé Pair (MSP). Le pôle de santé mentale 59G21 est un service public qui dépend de l’Etablissement Public de Santé Mentale de Lille Métropole. Il est situé dans la région Haut-de-France, sur les villes de Faches-Thumesnil, Lesquin, Ronchin, Lezennes, Mons-en-Baroeul et Hellemmes. Ce projet a été financé par le Fond d’Innovation Organisationnelle en Psychiatrie (FIOP). ESPER est un acronyme des 5 principes clés de la philosophie du Rétablissement.
