Le gaspillage alimentaire dans le monde, c’est 1,3 milliard de tonnes de pertes de produits consommables par an, soit l’équivalent d’un peu moins de 10 % de notre empreinte carbone totale. C’est un non-sens : produire pour jeter, rien de plus absurde.
