ChronoTrack NFC-Installer

CT Installateur programs the NFC tags you place on your client sites: once a tag is in place, your agents clock in simply by holding their phone against it, with no QR code to find or scan. This app is reserved for administrators, organisation managers and managers of companies that subscribe to ChronoTrack. Employees do not need it: they clock in with the ChronoTrack app or with their phone's browser. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in with the email and password of your ChronoTrack account • Pick the site from the list of your active sites (search by name) • Hold the tag against the back of the phone: it is programmed in a second • Stick the tag at the site entrance, and you are done THE SAME ADDRESS AS THE QR CODE The tag holds the site's clocking address, identical to the one in its QR code. A phone that touches it opens the ChronoTrack app if it is installed, otherwise the clocking page in the browser — on Android and on recent iPhones alike. The QR code and the tag work side by side: the agent keeps the same 6-digit PIN either way. DESIGNED TO PREVENT MISTAKES • Check a tag: hold it against the phone to see which site it is programmed for • Confirmation required before replacing a tag already programmed for another site or holding other content • A tag that is already up to date is recognised: nothing is rewritten needlessly • Tags are never locked: you can reprogram them when a site changes COMPATIBLE TAGS NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216 (common NFC stickers, badges or key fobs). Blank tags are prepared automatically. GOOD TO KNOW • A phone with NFC is required • If you regenerate a site's QR code in ChronoTrack, its tag must be reprogrammed • The app does not collect your location and does not access the camera or your contacts PRIVACY No ads, no trackers, no analytics. Your credentials are sent only to the ChronoTrack service, hosted in France; the session is stored encrypted on the phone.
