Il est 23h, tu n’arrives pas à dormir. Tu sais qu’un truc cloche. Mais est-ce que tu as vraiment le droit de te plaindre ? BonHer est là pour ça. Tu peux faire le point toute seule, avec un bilan en 3 minutes. Sans nom, sans mail. Tu comprends où tu en es, et ce qui pèse le plus. Tu peux aussi écrire à une bénévole. Elle te lit, elle te répond, elle te conseille. Rien à préparer, pas de rendez-vous à prendre. Dans les deux cas, on te dit ce qui existe autour de toi. Il y a aussi des articles qui parlent de ce qu’on vit toutes, où tu te reconnaîtras, où tu pourras l’envoyer à une amie. C’est gratuit. Pas de pub, pas d’abonnement, rien à vendre. C’est une association. Ici pas d’échelle de douleur. On est toutes à la même échelle, mais on a toutes droit au bonheur. BonHer ne remplace pas un médecin. Les numéros d’urgence sont dans l’app.
