Full description
Recur is a strength training app for people whose schedules, bodies, and motivation don't always line up. It builds workouts around what you have, adjusts when you're coming back from time off, and works around the areas giving you trouble. HOW IT WORKS Tell Recur your equipment and any pain areas. It puts together a push, pull, legs rotation and picks exercises accordingly. Log your sets as you go. Come back after two weeks off and volume drops automatically — so your first week back doesn't wreck you. FEATURES Push/pull/legs rotation Pain-aware exercise selection — flag a body area, it works around it Comeback protocol — volume reduces after time off Dumbbell-based, bench optional Rest timer Workout history Swap any exercise mid-workout RECUR PRO Unlimited workouts per week. Free plan includes 3. $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Cancel anytime. Terms of Use: https://recur.fit/terms

What's new

Fixes some bugs: - Fixed workouts being counted twice toward your comeback progress when you end early and then resume. - Fixed duplicate Apple Health and Health Connect entries when you finish a workout you ended early. - Fixed workouts synced to Health Connect on Android showing up as runs instead of strength training.
