Origofit

Origofit builds you a weekly training plan, remembers every set you lift, and keeps your food and recovery in the same place. No spreadsheets, no guesswork, no shouting. BUILT AROUND YOU Answer six short questions — your goal, your experience, the days you can actually train, when you sleep, and how you eat — and Origofit generates a full week: which muscles on which day, which exercises, how many sets and reps. Change anything, anytime. TRAINS AROUND YOUR INJURIES Flag a knee, shoulder, or lower back and Origofit filters those exercises out of your plan permanently. It is a hard rule, not a suggestion — every workout you are given is one you can safely do. LOGGING THAT REMEMBERS Open an exercise and your last session is already filled in — the weights, the reps, the date. Adjust what changed and save. See your target next to what you actually lifted last time, so progression is obvious instead of something you have to work out in your head. REST TIMER THAT KNOWS WHEN TO BUZZ Start the rest clock between sets and put the phone down. Origofit vibrates when it is time to lift again — no sound, nothing to disturb the room around you. Your trainer can set the rest length per exercise, or you can set your own. FORM DEMOS FOR EVERY MOVE Every exercise comes with a short demo video, plus form cues and the mistake people usually make. Don't know what a movement is called? Open the Library, tap a muscle on the 3D body, and see exactly what it does and which exercises train it. FOOD THAT MATCHES YOUR TRAINING Vegetarian, veg plus eggs, or non-vegetarian; home-cooked, tiffin, or a mix. Origofit plans your week's meals around how you actually eat and what you are training that day. ASK JOSH, YOUR AI COACH Stuck, sore, or short on time? Ask in plain language. Josh can see today's workout and your recent sessions, so "I only have 20 minutes" or "my shoulder feels off" gets a real answer about your plan — not a generic article. FOR GYMS AND TRAINERS Trainers can build plans for their members, swap in their own demo videos, set rest times per exercise, plan meals, and see the workouts their trainees log.
