Bespoke Fit Coach

Bespoke Fit Coach is the phone app for coaches who work with Bespoke Fit. Your sessions, your clients and your pay go with you, so you always know who is next, what they need and what you have earned. The app is for Bespoke Fit coaches, head coaches and admins. There is no sign-up in the app: Bespoke Fit creates your account, and you sign in with your Bespoke Fit email and password. Your day, in your time zone • Today lists your sessions for today and the week ahead, in your own time zone. • When a client lives in another zone, their local time sits beside yours, with the day when it differs. • A late block that runs past midnight stays tied together, so tonight reads as one evening. • Next up counts down to your next session and shows when your client says they are ready. Prepare in a minute • Open a session to see your client's active injuries and restrictions first, then their goals and your notes from last time. • See their training the way they see it: the plan for each workout next to what they logged, set by set. Messages that reach you • Message your clients, send photos, react and edit what you wrote. • Get a notification the moment a client writes to you. • See when your message has been read. Never miss a session • A reminder about 30 minutes before each session you coach. • An agenda notification about two hours before a run of two or more sessions, with who is coming up and when. • Choose which notifications you get, right in the app. Earnings and invoices • What you have earned today, this week and this month. • Your invoices with their paid status, and the PDF when it is ready. • Answer no-show and late cancellation questions so your pay is right. For head coaches and admins • Your day on top: your own sessions, with the whole team's sessions in one list below. • Filter the list by coach, and see team incentives by pay period. • Keep up with intro calls and message a client as support. Live video sessions run from the coach dashboard on the web. This app keeps everything around them within reach. Need help signing in? Email [email protected].
