BetterMi: AI Coach & Journal

Just tell your coach. It already knows you. BetterMi is one AI coach — Auri — for training, food, and sleep. No forms to fill. No logs to grind. No guilt when life gets in the way. Photo your plate, talk it out between sets, send a clip of your lift, and Auri logs it, answers, and quietly adjusts today's plan to how you actually slept. MEET YOUR SPARK BetterMi gathers everything — consistency, training, sleep, food — into one living companion called Spark. It brightens when you're thriving, softens when you're slipping, and shows you exactly where to put your attention. One glance, and you know how you're really doing. ONE COACH, PAYING ATTENTION Auri sees the whole picture and meets you the way you'd naturally reach out: • Photo your plate — get calories and macros read back, tap any number to correct it, and Auri remembers. • Talk it out — send a voice note mid-run or between sets, and Auri logs it and replies. • Send a clip — film a lift and get a form check back, like texting a coach who never sleeps. EVERYTHING, FINALLY TOGETHER Weight, training, runs, food, sleep — not separate apps and separate willpower anymore. One coach holds the whole picture, so the advice actually fits your life. • Morning weigh-ins — a calm daily check-in and a trend that means something. • Guided training — a program that adapts set by set. Swap a lift, nudge a weight, never guess. • Easy runs — live pace and honest cues on screen keep you in the easy zone. • Effortless nutrition — photo-logged meals, macros that add up, water you'll remember. • Sleep that counts — rest folds into the picture, because training is only half of getting better. • Memories — now and then it stitches your moments into a look-back, set to music. NO GUILT, EVER Auri celebrates showing up, quietly eases today's session when your body needs it, and never shames you for an off week. Showing up is the win. SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE The app and Auri's replies come in English, Finnish, and Swedish. Talk to your coach in your own language.
