Field Collection Tool

FCT Mobile is the official field collection app for Oak Drive Ventures' field agents and collectors. Built for speed, reliability, and offline-first operation — so your team stays productive even without a stable internet connection. FIELD COLLECTION, SIMPLIFIED FCT Mobile gives field collectors everything they need in one place. View your assigned clients, plan your daily route, record visits, and log payment collections — all from your phone. No paperwork, no manual logs. OFFLINE-FIRST, ALWAYS READY Work confidently in areas with poor connectivity. FCT Mobile stores your data locally and syncs automatically the moment you're back online. Your visits, collections, and notes are never lost. REAL-TIME LOCATION TRACKING Supervisors and team leads get live visibility into field operations. Collector routes are tracked during active work sessions, enabling accurate reporting and faster issue resolution. Tracking stops the moment your session ends. CLIENT MANAGEMENT Access your full client list, view outstanding balances, loan status, and contact details. Clients are organized by territory and municipality, so you always know your area. Search, filter, and find who you need in seconds. VISIT AND COLLECTION RECORDING Log every client interaction with precision. Record payment collections, attach photos as proof of visit, and add notes — all tied to a timestamped, GPS-verified record. Every visit is automatically synced to your organization's system. ROUTE PLANNING AND ITINERARY Plan your day before you head out. FCT Mobile shows your assigned clients on a map, helps you sequence your route, and tracks your progress through the day so nothing gets missed. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS Get notified about revisit schedules, urgent client flags, and updates from your supervisor. Stay on top of your assignments without having to check in manually. BLUETOOTH RECEIPT PRINTING Connect to a Bluetooth receipt printer in the field and issue payment receipts to clients on the spot — no cables, no separate apps.
