Factora: Factory Operations

Factora runs the floor of a manufacturing unit — from the job card a supervisor raises in the morning to the finished pieces that leave the store that evening. Built for factories that outgrew paper and spreadsheets, and for groups that run more than one unit from the same account. JOB CARDS AND PROCESS ROUTING Raise a job card against a product and variant, route it through the processes it actually needs, and assign each step to a worker and a machine. Every stage carries its own status, so a card tells you where the work is without anyone being asked. FINISHED GOODS, VARIANT BY VARIANT Stock is tracked per variant, not per product — a 12" handle in Matt Black is its own line with its own on-hand count and its own minimum stock level. Completed job cards move straight into finished goods, and every stock in and stock out is recorded with who, what and when. FACTORY STORE Raw material and consumables in one ledger, with movement history, low-stock alerts and reorder levels you set per item. WORKFORCE AND MACHINES A register of workers with their assignments and work history, and of machines with the jobs that ran on them. Roles decide what each person can see and change. PARTIES AND PURCHASES Track the parties you buy from and dispatch to. A dispatched job card posts against the party automatically, so the purchase record builds itself. REPORTS Production, stock movement and workforce activity, filtered the way you need them. BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE FACTORY Each factory's data is kept separate. Users belong to the factories they work in, and an administrator switches between them without signing out. ROLES AND ACCESS Factory Admin, Manager and Staff, plus a platform-level Super Admin for organisations running several units. Accounts are created by your administrator. There is no public sign-up — Factora is a private tool for your team.
