FacePass Attendance

FacePass turns an Android phone or tablet into a smart face-attendance terminal for your workplace. Staff look at the camera, FacePass recognises them and records IN or OUT in moments. No cards, no registers, no queues. FacePass is for businesses. You need a FacePass business account: the administrator authorizes the terminal in the web panel, and guards sign in with the account the administrator gives them. WHY BUSINESSES CHOOSE FACEPASS • Look and go: recognises up to three people in one frame, so the gate does not form a queue. • Works without internet: faces are matched on the device and every record is saved first. When the connection returns, attendance uploads automatically in batches, without losing or duplicating anything. • Shift-aware IN and OUT: FacePass knows each person's shift, decides IN or OUT, ignores accidental double scans and shows missing OUTs for correction. • Spoof-aware: an anti-spoof model and a blink check help stop attempts with a printed photo or a phone screen. Sunglasses and head coverings can be blocked by policy. • Quick enrolment: register a person on the terminal in under a minute. Quality checks reject blurry or poorly lit pictures. People who wear spectacles can be enrolled with and without them. • Manual entry: when a face cannot be read, a guard can search the employee and mark attendance by hand, if your policy allows it. Manual records are clearly marked. • Heard and felt: a spoken welcome, a beep and a vibration confirm each scan, with a different sound when attendance could not be recorded. • Many branches, one view: each branch has its own time zone, shifts and terminals. • Live dashboard: see who is present, late or missing for today, this week or this month. • Support inside the app: raise a ticket or send feedback to the FacePass team, and read the replies. THE WEB PANEL FOR ADMINISTRATORS • Add employees one by one or import thousands from Excel. • Correct attendance with a reason, and export attendance, employees and branches to Excel. • Authorize, block or erase a terminal remotely, and send messages to terminals. • Decide from which networks the guard app may sign in, terminal by terminal. • Audit log of every important change, and roles for administrators, viewers and guards. • Sign-in with a one-time code sent by e-mail. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Face data and photos are encrypted at rest and sent only over HTTPS. • Every business has its own isolated space. The FacePass team sees counts and status for support, never employee names, photos or attendance. • Release builds refuse to run on rooted devices and block screenshots; settings are protected by an administrator PIN. • Export your data at any time. Deletion requests have a 72-hour grace period. Face recognition depends on camera quality and lighting. Test FacePass on your own terminals, and keep the gate supervised. HOW TO START 1.
